Shipping & Delivery Policy
Welcome to Inaya Accessories! We know you can’t wait to receive your new favourite pieces, so we’ve designed our shipping process to be as fast and transparent as possible.
1. Order Processing
Fast Dispatch: All orders are processed and shipped within 36 hours of placement (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 4 PM AEST on Fridays, or over weekends and public holidays, will be shipped on the next business day.
2. Shipping Origin & Transit Time
Straight from India: Each Inaya Accessories order ships directly from our fulfillment centre in India.
Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, please allow 5–10 business days on average for your order to arrive. Transit times may vary depending on your location and local courier services.
3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Free Shipping: We’re delighted to offer free standard shipping on all orders above AUD 60 (Only within Australia). Remaining countries would be offered a subsidized shipping rate, as displayed at checkout.
Shipping Fees: For orders below AUD 60, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
No Hidden Costs: The shipping fee covers only the courier charge from India to your address. It does not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
As your items ship internationally, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by your country’s authorities are your responsibility. If a shipment is delayed or held by customs, we unfortunately cannot intervene on your behalf or cover these additional charges.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking portal.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear online.
6. Transit Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for a 5–10 day delivery window, please keep in mind:
* Peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales) may incur slight delays.
* Unforeseen events (e.g., weather disruptions, customs inspections) can extend transit times.
