Refund & Return Policy

At Inaya Accessories, your satisfaction matters—but because we create each piece especially for you, our policy is designed for clarity and fairness.

1. No Cash Refunds

  • We do not offer monetary refunds except in the rare case of severe damage or manufacturing defect.

  • If your jewellery arrives broken, cracked, or otherwise unusable, you’re fully covered (see section 2).

2. Store Credit & Replacements for Damaged Items

  • Eligible Claims: Items must have arrived damaged, defective, or broken in transit.

  • Your Options:

    • Full store credit redeemable on any future Inaya purchase

    • Replacement sent at no additional charge

  • How to Claim:

    1. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

    2. Within 7 days of receipt, email us at support@inayaaccessories.com or message us on WhatsApp

       

      with:
      • Your order number

      • Clear photos showing the damage

      • A brief description of the issue

       

        1. We’ll review and approve your claim—once approved, we’ll issue credit or dispatch a replacement right away.

      • (Please Note our Team operates from a Different TimeZone so there may be some lag in initial response time.)

      3. Change-of-Mind Orders

      • We currently do not accept returns, exchanges, or credits for change of mind, styling mistakes, or size issues.

      • Please review product details, sizing guides, and images carefully before placing your order.
